1. What the affiliate program is

Approved affiliates get a personal referral link. When someone joins a paid plan through your link, that subscription counts as referred by you. It works like the software affiliate programs you may know, built for a trading education membership: you share it, and you earn a referral commission on what your referrals pay, for as long as they stay.

2. Commission

• 30% recurring: you earn 30% of every payment made on each paid subscription you referred, for as long as it stays active. That includes the first month and every renewal.
• 40% at 50+: while you keep 50 or more active referred subscriptions, your rate on new payments is 40%. If you drop below 50, new payments go back to 30%.
• Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid (after discounts, before any refund or chargeback). The $3 trial and one-time purchases are not subscription payments.
• A referral is credited to the affiliate whose link the customer used last, within 90 days, before creating their account.

3. What counts as an active referred subscription

• It was started through your affiliate link.
• It is on a paid plan. Free accounts and free playlists do not count.
• It is paid up: not cancelled, and paid through today or later.
• Your own subscriptions, and subscriptions you pay for on behalf of others, do not count.

Your affiliate dashboard shows how many active referred subscriptions you have.

4. The Dream Car bonus

• 100 or more active referred subscriptions: $500 a month toward your car payment.
• 200 or more active referred subscriptions: $1,000 a month (instead of $500, not on top of it).
• We count your active referred subscriptions on the 1st of each month. A month where you are at or above a level on the 1st is a qualifying month for that level.
• The bonus starts after 3 qualifying months in a row. It is then paid every month you still qualify, together with your commission payout on the 15th.
• You need a car lease or car loan in your own name. Send us proof (a lease or loan statement) before the first bonus and whenever we ask. The bonus is never more than your monthly car payment.

5. When the car bonus stops

The bonus stops in any month your count on the 1st is below 100. If you are between 100 and 199, it is $500. To start it again after it stops, you need 3 qualifying months in a row again. It also stops if your car lease or loan ends, if your affiliate account is closed, or if these terms are broken.

6. Payouts

• We pay once a month, on the 15th, for the commission earned in the month before.
• Every commission is held for 30 days first, so refunds and chargebacks can be settled. A commission earned late in a month may move to the next payout.
• The minimum payout is $50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying.

7. Fair play

• Tell people you are an affiliate. Say it clearly, next to your link, every time (FTC rules, 16 CFR Part 255).
• No income or trading-profit claims. Never promise or suggest trading profits, income, or results — not yours, not ours, not your referrals’.
• No self-referrals. Your own accounts, and accounts you pay for, do not earn commission or count toward any level.
• No brand bidding. Do not bid on our brand names (Surging Markets, ForexScalper, FSB, Market Makers Method, SM3 and similar) in search or social ads.
• No spam. No unsolicited email, texts, or direct messages, no fake accounts, and no fake reviews.
• Chargebacks and refunds reverse the commission. If a payment is charged back or refunded, the commission on it is taken back, and the subscription does not count toward any level.
• We may pause or close an affiliate account that breaks these rules and hold unpaid commission while we look into it. We may change these terms with notice on this page.
